Random Drawer Elections

I feel like this is dumb. And I really just wonder mostly about the details of how did this get up in orbit? Like, like, I'm just realizing I don't really know how nations coordinate satellites up in space or anything. Maybe in 10 years, we'll be seeing Coca-Cola billboards as it gets cheaper and easier to launch things up into outer space.
