Youths with theh i v just ten do not do as well. Younger patients have lower viral suppression rates, they are diagnosed less frequently and receive less care. We need to capture those patients and hang on to them and entreat them a. Once you achieve suppression, you are untransmissible. It reduces community stigma. It promotes prevention. And so it is another way to kind of move towards eliminating, or at least really well controlling, what has been devastating and not too recent history.
