Are We We Didn't Cause Climate Change?
One of the national security implications, geo political implications, of climate change a is going to be rising tensions between rich and poor countries. There was a promise made years ago to supply a hundred billion dollars of finance from developed countries to developing ones as part of th internatinal climate negotiations. That's a rounding error, chuck, compared to the roughly one to two trillion dollars a year we need of investment,. some government, but mostly private investment. The other thing that i fear, look at pakistan and look at its neighboring countries. Eregoing to be worse impacted by it, and don't have the resources to cope or to transition.
