Sally Kohn: One of the things that's been hard for me is articulating what is different about the naked mind and people ask me this all the time. She says there are three key changes you need to make in order to change your life, whether it's behavior or learning something new. Kohn: You have to know something you didn't know before. Emotion,. and I believe emotion is key, pivotal. We can exercise willpower and we can do things that we don't really feel like doing over the short term. But for them to stick over the long term, the emotion we bring to that habit has to change.
