Riner Rupp and his wife Anne Christine were both arrested in 1993. He was sentenced to 12 years, she got a 22-month suspended sentence. The judge said that if the Cold War hadn't ended, he would have sentenced him to life. CNN's John Sutter talks with former NATO officer who helped expose their double lives.
