How to Make a Good Decision?

I've actually had people that I've taken a few times over again, just to, you know, just hear more about what they think. It's so hard to fight that inertia of wanting to move forward because I think naturally you do and naturally you want to make a decision. You don't want to be sitting there with like three interviews in and this person look good. But the long term repercussions of a bad decision are going to be more painful.
