The Great Replacement Theory
There's a replacement going on. Values are being replaced by a different set of values that you may not subscribe to. And it's scary and it's frustrating and change is hard, but I'll tell you what, the best thing we can do is don't be pushed away when you hear somebody reflexively call something racist or whatever. That's a tool used to deflect anybody from digging into it too much.
