Biden is dumb as a he's dumber than the guy's dog. The only reason they would do that is to peddle influence with Joe. We don't know who the confidential human sources are. He knew into June of 2016 or whenever in 2016 he didn't apparently go to the FBI then. And so the same principle applies in the IRS whistleblower case as well as in this case too. Which is if this report surfaced and it was investigated, but then forwarded for further investigation.
