The Importance of Operational Excellence
If I could change one thing in the whole world, it would be to redefine operational excellence. In fact, our systems are set up to reduce ambiguity. We hate ambiguity. Ambiguity drives us nuts. And so because we want seductively unambiguous information, what happens is we create systems that actually limit our ability to learn context rich information.
