How to Be More Present in the Moment
I think that sometimes in my outside of work life I'm just always thinking about what's gonna be the next step and the next thing that I have to do. It's hard for me to be present because I just think everything is this journey and like rush and race to figuring out the next thing so even if I'm not working I'm just thinking about how I can make work in the circumstance better. "So much is transferable for sure but you know it's probably a harder for me to need president life and it isn't work"
