I worry that- a lack of imagination hamper is you look at what's happening with Ontario place right now. I actually think the province is structurally incompetent as far as it comes to its relations with Toronto. It isn't a long-term problem. The province essentially thinking it knows better and it doesn't. And, you know, when Peter Ristoff was a Peter Rist off who said Toronto's New York run by the Swiss? I don't know. We can't say that now. You know, all sorts of things are going wrong."
