The Gut Brain Axis: How Inflammation Impacts Mental Health

Mental health is a part of our body just as much as anything else. Food can influence how their neurotransmitters are expressed, so what we're putting into our gut inherently is going to affect our mood and perception. Every food we eat either feeds inflammation or fights it. These foods are going to nourish the microbiome and calm things down. It's a bigger complex topic to talk about feeding what thoughts we're feeding our body. And unfortunately us have been feeding ourselves junk food for a long time.
