There is an initial coroner's inquest in 19 80 where all this evidence is examined. The police do a search of the chamberlain's home in september 19 81, and they seize 300 items. They take the car that the chamberlains drove to the camp site. A dingo expert says these couldn't possibly be dingo teeth marks. These were made by scissors. O my god, i'd have found a bloody hand print on this baby's gem suit, made by a small person's hand, like, i don't know, a woman. Oh, no way. And so based on this new evidence, the chamberlain’s go to trial.
