What Are Your Thoughts About the Performative Side?
Diversity is a buzzword at this point, but i don't want to discount that or cheapen the term. Most companies often focus on talent acquisition or like training as the base line for their d i work. I think there are some companies who want to do it, maybe more for optics than actual impact and transformation. And even kind of sustain ability, as far as that work goes so much more important. It's really interesting to be on a team right now. We're professionally, we going through your the training you've created, and we're also having discussions in it.
