When you join a new company, the first 60 to 90 days are crucial for establishing your role. Terrence says it's important to have one tangible piece of work that is going to go from start to finish. It can be super narrow, preferably public facing, but ifs not public facing, that's fine. You cannothave worfer what works in your role. For a product manager, go ship something for an engineer. Go buill something from start to finished for a sales person. In a figure out a way to close the saile.
