The Five Phases of Life

As an animist, obviously to me all things have spirits. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the phases do have vast powerful interconnected spirits that are sort of constantly in flux and negotiating with and around each other. And that we as humans tap into when we engage with this system. So like finding the right balance is definitely like a huge part of it.
