The Importance of Diseases in Conlangs

I was entirely uncreative when I started working on T fling which was one of my earlier conlangs so I just took the word diarrhea and gave it a T fling. In, in is that the key I actually did make it was it's a firm incorporation compound Pia soup, which means to to mud to mud shit. So, do you have any final thoughts before we sign off for today? Well, this isn't a topic I've explored in any of my conlangs yet but I'm curious.
