How to Reduce Anxiety
It's breaking it down into smaller steps and just going through the small steps. Some people really like somatic therapy also where you engage going back to senses. You engage your senses through touch, feel, you know, holding ice cubes helps reduce some anxiety. Once you can reduce your nervous system or drive, then you can go into the dot reframe of let's reduce some of the negative thoughts because I'm not nearly as overwhelmed.
