The Dissonance Between the Bank and the Economy

CNN's John Sutter says there is a "dissonance" in the way Congress has responded to this crisis. He asks: What kind of incentives are we setting up for people to take chances and push against regulations that caused this to happen? The White House should not prosecute certain people who did not come forward when it came to regulating these hedge funds so they could take people's homes and just make money off them.
