How to Meditate
Every morning I would do like a 15, 20 minute meditation and every evening as well. So I tend to just get into a place or state where I can just be silent and still. Meditation is really about raising your awareness of the fact your mind keeps wandering. And because you're training your mind to do that throughout your day, you know, when you're trading or doing anything else, you can get there quicker.
