Is There a Targeted Approach to Espionage in Russia?

A lot of the activitytat you observe them doing is this bulk collection of email data, and but it's focused on specific individuals. And from a victimology standpoint, when you're dealing with this sort of organization,  you see certain types of personas that they seem to be focusing on. You know, again, we don't know this for certain, but if i was a thread actor, that's kind of how i would be approaching it. It's an interesting contrast to other thread actors that support different nations that we track,. They are still doing much more target to email queries, so looking for specific key words and pulling down specific emales.
