Bob Greene: Why isn't there a marketplace where you can get produced directly? He says the typical CSA is 40 years out of date and doesn't feel like an organic alternative to whatever lifestyle people are leading. Greene: There's clearly a significant disconnect between the people who grow the food and the people who can afford to pay a fair price for the food they eat.
