You Know Inverting Problems and You Know Studying the Failures
I think inverting problems and thinking about the opposite is super helpful but then also there's a debate where if you listen to Peter Teal Peter will say you know study the successes. I actually think that sometimes luck plays a much more significant role in success than people are willing to either personally attribute or observe we put halos on people we celebrate companies. It's really valuable to see the serial mistakes that people make a lot of times like burning bridges, being too confident over playing a hand having less resources in any circumstance than you might need so that if something goes wrong you have a margin of safety.
