Clubhouses Are Not Families
Steve Nash had to answer questions for what Durant did by saying, hey, it's either me or him and it turned out to be obviously neither because Durant wanted to get paid. So Steve Nash had to say, listen, we're good. It was a family squabble. We always like to say that. That's what I would always say when there were problems in the clubhouse. Clubhouses are not families. There certainly are players who like other players. And there are teammates who go an entire season and they don't say a word. The equivalent of your workplace pre-COVID where you actually had to go to work and go to an office with some people in your office
