I think that servicing vehicles in general, you know, are there efficiencies to be had there by making your technicians and your service writers much more efficient? we invested in a company called WarCloud, which automates the warranty processing back to the manufacturers on behalf of franchise dealers. And anywhere there are repetitive tasks that a computer can emulate, I think that there'll be opportunities to basically free those people up and or eliminate them outright.
