i've read a book called the e myth revisited by michael gerber, and it basely talks about how you make every business a little bit like mac donalds. And i think part of it is, just because you tell someone something once, does it mean that they'll remember it a week or a month from then? So i'm not doing it that way and kno ones anything. I guess it's loking not to do it that way, right? Well, we try thatd, maybe ere not doing ny more. No one sa anything. He must know what i'm doing, right?
