Disarm and Today

I wanted more than a life could ever grant me bored by the chore of saving face. So I might as well make the music I really want to make. That's when I started writing stuff like Disarm and Today, which for me were like literally ripping my guts out. To play the songs live and have four or 5,000 people sing these words back was like, wow, it just did my head in. There's no subjects here at all. No, I mean, it's it's the archetypal, you know, beautiful Boolean song that is actually deeply sad.
