The Magic of Loop Fusion
SAC is a functional subset of APL with functional in the sense that you can pass a ray arguments by value to a function. The language is purely functional, that you don't have to write in a functional style. SAC lets you describe the creation of an array piecewise or element-wise and it'll generate essentially the same code as a primitive would generate.
