Psychological Stress Management Techniques

Psychology focuses on what people create from the state of mind they're in. Stress is a physiological, mental state that we create when we get too much negative or fearful thinking. When i was first getting into into mental health work and working with people who ware stressed, i learned stress management techniques. However, i was tressed, i never did them. It's just like crazy that a negativity has gotten that much credibility these days.
