The Challenge - Burpees

The challenge will be a two-day walk from Kyoto to Koyasan in the south of Japan. Every hour during these two days, every hour, stop and do some burpees. A burpee is a kind of body weight exercise. You start day one with a bunch of exercises, push-ups pull-ups, body weight type exercises. And then start the walk. It's going to be aTwo-day walk, very long days, both days. Carry weight on her back. I'm not sure how much weight, maybe 20 pounds, something like that. The journey would take about 50 miles or 60 miles.
