I feel like I'm on a similar level what you described as well but I would want to add something around the topic of aspirations or career ladder. My dream job would besomething that I don't know where it fits into this ladder that we've just described it would be the role of being a designer vangelist and advocating design all day every day. If everybody's looking for a design is vangelist then please hire me, she says. She also talks about working with maybe junior designers helping people start out to build in their careers and stuff like this.
