The State's Relativistic View of Truth

The state doesn't just get make up truth, right? Now in our days, right, in our day, it's really no different, is it? I mean, the state believes that it can decide and determine truth. It should be obvious that truth is not a social construct, right? This is ridiculous. If you can't come to truth, if you can't reason, you're going to be a tool of the propaganda.
