The Supreme Court Will Not Rule in Favor of the Plaintiff

If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the plaintiff, that means companies will have to monitor every single piece of user generated content. If they don't, they would be liable to be sued by anybody saying, I saw this thing. An algorithm is a machine. It has inherent biases, but also it's a machine. And so it's a very difficult paradox, because of course, these platforms should absolutely filter some stuff. There are some things that no one should be exposed to on the internet,. But also is a company responsible for what they display even with an algorithm.
