Gray: Are you keeping a weekly or monthly score for yourself? Or is it just, ok, i've scored the day. What's the system there in terms of assessing how you've done? Gray: So obviously level one was just the card, right? Doon, a card each day. A level two is doing the card every day, but also having this simpler scheduling system that can help you load stuff into it. The third level then is having t first two elements, but then doing a weekly reflection process.
