Growth Fund 4 doesn't have a REIT substructure, so you will be subject to UBIT. In the income plus fund, we actually have aREIT substructure that protects investors. So if you don't have that REIT blocker, it does become a little bit more of a hassle. It's going to be a couple of years before you could meet the minimum investment within that account.
