How to Overcome Barriers to Onboarding

The first person to use Slack had no value in Slack because there's nobody to talk to so you need to have multiple people. We needed to understand what a healthy team looked like in terms of Slack usage. Once they have a big enough network actually how do we then guide them towards tuning the way that they use the product with things like notifications such that it can be sustaining. The PLG motion is like how do you find that well okay 70 or 80 percent of these teams or something like that had X number of users and they had Y number of messages and maybe they'd take an advantage of this other featureOkay now how do we actually bring that into the onboarding experience?
