Is There a Plan B?

When I personally fail without putting kind of a prompt work, like trying to predict that failure and the means to deal with that, what happens is when something unexpected happens, I get into this stress state. Whereas when I anticipate that and I have a plan for that already, I don't get into that state. So that's how that helps me definitely. And yeah, I think what I also want you to talk about is how to maybe help ourselves to frame learning experiences better.
