How Long Do You Need to Stay at a Job?

I like the idea of trying to get at least one job where you've got a couple of years on there. But I also think that ideally someone can take my resume and say, this is resume. There's a lot of jobs in here, but they're all good reasons. So just, you know, let them in that door. You don't want to be clashing and butting heads with everybody every day of the week. And nowadays for better or for worse, you can see most of the stuff online, right? Like you can look at somebody's Facebook profile, their Twitter, all this kind of stuff.
