The Bystander Effect in Social Psychology?
We would like to be living in a society where large numbers of people don't ignore people who are who are in peril. And so if that can be, if one can be educated to avoid that in the future, then that would be in all our interests. So i think education about this on a broad scale youhave, would make make a difference. But this is just what i think if we did a study like this, or some studies like this, then we'd have good evidence about it.
