The Disadvantages of Mixed Gender Units
The military doesn't seem to be pushing into the spaces where it can accept them. The adverts for the Marines, Navy and RAF are all male-dominated. Israel works at retaining their conscripts who are female or male. It's just an accepted part of it. I don't understand why actually this is still just a conversation we're having. There needs to be people sat down looking at social media campaigns in a different way.
