The Importance of Diversity in Job Searches

In an interview, typically the interviewers decided within the first 15 minutes of the call, whether the candidate is suitable for the role. So we're making really bad that decision typically very subjectively with a lot of bias. And it goes to show that just as much as a candidate have to be able to sort of see the troll and see if they're qualified. It's no wonder because everything is designed in such a way to disproportionately elevate applicants from that population.
