The ADHD brain is impulsive and almost knee jerk sometimes. Do many of us instinctively know that we do need to make a change, but the only way is to kind of like burn the boats? I think there's an element of it can be kind of high risk to make a very, very big change very quickly. To your point, does it get you faster onto the right track? Maybe. But there may be a place to say, how do I actually do this in a way that doesn't require as much burning up around me? Is it, what does it look like to do this in more of a tweak?
