Just Transition in the Energy Context

The Colorado River is drying up. There's not a lot we can do other than tweak allocations of water, try to come to some consensus among states about who gets how much water. In Appalachia, for example, you know, really been thinking about the coal transition and the fossil fuel transition there in comparison with Wyoming. We also don't have a lot of opportunities to think about, sort of prepare for the future. So just transition depends on historical injustices that have taken place in different places,. what the responses to those might look like.
