How I Fired Myself From Embassy City
I had to fire myself from Embassy City before I transitioned from Embassy City. What was that like? It was humbling. So then got sent me Greg Poss who essentially became the CEO of Embassy City while I was there as a lead pastor and I got out of his way. He hired people and fired people and ran the nine to five day to day. And I met with him once a week and met with the staff once a month and hugged on them all the rest of the time.
