How Do You Get CFOs to Value Design?
When you're dealing with products and experiences, you are dealing with behaviour. And that is not a predictable thing, right? We can't no matter what we say,. You do not know behaviour till you see it in play. So I think we're seeing a drive in industry now to be outcome-driven. But again, how many organisations do you know which have realigned around that type of thinking? Not many, not many.
