Autumn: I've managed to move my balances to balance transfer credit cards for zero percent interest periods, occasionally paying the standard 3 to 4 percent balance transfer fee. But despite my best efforts and attempts at better budgeting, my balance has remained the same over the years. Now is the time to fall back into debt rather than look for another balance transfer process.
