Is There Something I Have to Change?
This year i've gone through this transformation, were my outlook on exercise and the way i exercise on has changed. My body was basically too fragile, mostly because o posture issues, o icoke. And i have to change the way i i train. I can't just, for a long time, was just chasing numbers in order to try to lift more and more weight. So then you take that away, and the whole habit falls apart, because i don't know how to. It's not a hugely dramatic change, but 'm not a totally different person now. But it's still this kind of, it's a bit of an identity change. You want to change your life
