How Much Calories Do You Burn?
The body wants to only burn so many calories in a day, so it tries to offset that hard work by resting. We overestimate dramatically thet the calory burn from things like going to the gym. Our bodies are built for regular, reliable, intermittent movement. The average adult needs somewhere between two and a half thousand and three thousand calories a day to stay alive. And if you track people who live in non mechanized societies, their calory born per day is entirely different to yours and mine.
