As part of your team you make it clear to everybody and this is something we had to go through that you don't necessarily expect an immediate response. It's very easy on teams and Slack in particular to try and respond immediately to everything. The basic principle is if you've asked a question more than twice at any point, it goes into some documentation because that is captioning you to refer back to later.
