Do Women and Men Need to Train Differently?

There's a lot of information online about that women and men need to train differently. Are there actual differences we need to look at or how do we adapt this as women? I'm not entirely sure what I think yet, but for example, there's some evidence that maybe some women need more volume as opposed to a man again. It seems as if women perhaps have different adaptations to exercise. Do I think that men and women have to train differently? There are some differences. We just have to find something that you're going to enjoy and really pushing yourself.
